"Honestly UCLA Camp Med was unforgettable. From getting way too competitive during the trivia games to laughing way too hard at mini skits, every moment was packed with good vibes and great memories. I met some of the kindest, funniest people, and it honestly felt like we became a little family by the end. Whether we were learning, exploring, or just hanging out in the cold, l enjoyed how warm and sweet our counselors and board members were --made me feel honestly safe and not judged. The experiences were also fun, they offered not just visual stuff like reading fun facts but also hands on activities like CPR or stitching. If you are an auditory leaner they have amazing guest speakers from different professions and even some med students. Camp Med made me even more excited for the future in medicine. Already counting down the days until next time!"

"I am beyond grateful to have been given the opportunity to participate in this year's Camp-Med cohort. If I hadn't made the effort to join camp, I wouldn't have discovered various medical professions I didn't know existed. I absolutely loved the demonstrations, hands-on activities, lab tours, and career panels hosted at the camp. Beyond feeling prepared with the knowledge provided, I felt like a college student and made lots of new friends through my family. The camp counselors were also extremely compassionate and supportive, which made this experience fun!
Inspired by their impact, I look forward to joining the Camp-Med team next year and empowering the next generation of high school students to pursue careers in medicine!"

"I'm sad that camp med was only two days and that it's ending, but it was a really good experience. I enjoyed every moment of it. The coordinators were very nice and props to them for putting all this together! I wish I would've learned about camp med last year but I'm so glad I got to do it this year."

"I felt very connected to my group! Sasha and Sarah helped answer a lot of my questions since l am the first in my family to go to college. I felt blind and scared, but they helped me realize it isn't that scary and I will be okay. I'm glad I joined and I felt so happy about the many presenters we had.
